Billing and Renewal: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge. The billing cycle is monthly.
Cancellation: All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.

Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will take place in San Diego, California.
Restrictions: Any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
Exceptions: The following Disputes are not subject to arbitration: any Disputes seeking to enforce intellectual property rights, any Dispute related to allegations of theft, piracy, or invasion of privacy, and any claim for injunctive relief.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OR $1,000.00 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services.

Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services.

Delivery of reminder emails is not guaranteed. Reminders may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, technical failures, or other factors outside our control.
It is the sole responsibility of each user to track, maintain, and renew their own professional certifications regardless of whether a reminder was sent or received. Source Point Inspectors LLC is not liable for any loss of employment, income, work opportunity, or professional standing resulting from a lapsed, expired, or unrenewed certification, whether or not a reminder notification was sent or received through the Platform.
Source Point Inspectors LLC is not a licensing authority and does not verify, authenticate, or guarantee the validity, accuracy, or current status of any certification, license, or credential listed on the Platform. All certification information is self-reported by users.
Employers are solely responsible for independently verifying candidate credentials, certifications, and licenses before making any hiring decision. Source Point Inspectors LLC expressly disclaims any liability arising from an employer's reliance on candidate-provided credential information without independent verification.
